Everyone in the corporate world wants to reap the benefits of Agile. To accomplish this, management hires Scrum Master, Senior Scrum Master and/or Agile Coaches. Management hires these people with the belief that they can help the team become Agile so that the team can deliver value faster. Sure enough, these people can help the team. However, sometimes the problem is not the team, well maybe a bit, but the management itself. Or perhaps, sometimes the problems the team is facing is not controlled by the team itself and can not be resolved by them either. Sometimes management actions create an environment where a team cannot produce results faster. Now, if you, as a change agent, are in this situation would you do and tell the management that they are doing things wrong? That might not be the best idea to get the solution to the problem or perhaps to get their support.
